Payment & Refund

Payments for Willowwave Studio services are collected according to the quote confirmed before work begins on willowwave.sbs.

• Accepted methods are confirmed by email from shop@this site and may include card or local transfer depending on Singapore norms.
• This payment page on this site is maintained by Willowwave Studio; email shop@this site if a step looks outdated for Singapore.
• Deposits for custom work are non-refundable once materials are ordered, unless we cancel the booking.

If we must cancel, prepaid fees for unfinished work are refunded within fourteen business days.

Workshop seats can be transferred once with forty-eight hours notice; no-shows forfeit the seat fee.

• Refund requests should include booking date, service name, and contact details used on this site.
• Charge disputes should first contact shop@this site so we can reconcile invoices against studio logs.
• Prices shown in conversation are in local currency for Singapore unless otherwise stated.

Most payment start with a short written brief at Willowwave while Wed–Sat 11:00–19:00 remains the reliable window for replies. Receipts are available on request Desk near 107 Arab Street.

Written care notes follow every ceramics studio handoff here and returning-client notes stay attached to your ticket. Ask for the ceramics studio lead if the queue splits.
